The narrator -the actor Giorgio Comaschi- alternates anecdotes, considerations on the scientist and chronicles of Marconi’s life and time, underlining the importance of his discoveries, which allow nowadays audience to use mobile phones, remote controls, and satellite technology.
The director Enza Negroni blends theatrical drama, film technique and news reporting to narrate Marconi’s life and places, his first discoveries and success, the moments of great suffering, the changing in his behavior and way of life, the international implications, to the final result.
The biography here depicted shows a different, unknown and more human Marconi, and reveals, beside all the flaws of ordinary people, the genius of the greatest inventors of our era.
