Together with 16 dancers from the famous Italian Aterballetto company, the Swedish choreographer exposes the emotional lives of the characters. (...) This powerful choreographic work is performed to a newly composed score by Marc Álvarez whose inspiration ranges from Gluck to Mozart and vividly recreates this great classic as an intense stage experience".
On the occasion of the scheduled shows, Festspielhaus St. Pölten uses to organize workshops for young professional dancers, to give them the opportunity to get in touch with international artists’ techniques and approaches.
