The streamed Symphonic Season of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna
The Fondazione Teatro Comunale di Bologna proposes a streamed programme available for free on its YouTube channel: every Sunday afternoon, at 05:30 p.m., it is possible to join the concerts closed-door registered in the Sala Bibiena, the main hall of the theatre designed by acclaimed architect Antonio Galli da Bibiena and inaugurated in 1763.
The initiative is part of the project #apertinonostantetutto (open despite everything), a national programming offered by the 12 Italian opera houses joining the Italian national association of opera-symphony foundations ANFOLS to keep the relation with the audience alive and to continue the activities in theatres despite the restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Symphonic Season of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna started with a concert conducted by Daniel Oren on March 7 and will last until April 11.
