International Guitar Competition Maurizio Biasini & Festival
The International Guitar Competition Maurizio Biasini-cciMB & Festival is open to application.
The competition is open to young solo guitarists of all nationalities and its 6th edition will take place in Basel, Switzerland.
The deadline for submission is January 31, 2024.
The aim of the competition, dedicated to the physicist and musician from Emilia-Romagna Maurizio Biasini, is to select young talented classical guitarists (between 18 and 35) and to contribute to the establishment of their professional career through musical events, concerts, and various promotional activities.
The competition is promoted by the Association “International Guitar Competition Maurizio Biasini” (Concorso Chitarristico Internazionale “Maurizio Biasini” - cciMB), a non-profit organization founded in 2010 in Bologna and currently based in Basel.
