France – La Baracca-Testoni Ragazzi at Kaolin et Barbotine Festival

The show “The Colours of Water” staged in Feytiat and Limoges from May 21st to 24th

Kaolin et Barbotine is a biennial international festival representing an important appointment for the European creativity dedicated to children. It is part of the project Mapping - A Map on the Aesthetics of Performing Arts for Early Years’, supported by Creative Europe, that gathers 18 partners from 17 Countries of the European Union.

More than twenty shows and more than one hundred performances are programmed, besides workshops for children and parents, exhibits, entertainments, plays. A conference for professionals will also take place.

La Baracca-Teatro Testoni Ragazzi company presents The colours of Water, a show for children aged 1 to 4.

The Colours of Water talks about simple, naturally beautiful elements as the rainbow and the colours. But colours and above all the sensations they arouse -also represented through choreographic movements-, are connected to water that, magically agitated by the two actresses, turns orange, red, blue, violet, in a game that let the children discover all the nuances of the world.

In 2018, the show received the Early Years Award at the International Theatre Festival for Children – FITC ‟100, 1.000, 1.000.000 Stories” of Bucharest.

The Colours of Water is staged in Feytiat on May 21st and 22nd, in Limoges on May 23rd and 24th.
