The "Illustrators Wall" of Bologna Children’s Book Fair is online
Located in the heart of Bologna Children’s Book Fair, the Illustrators Wall – covered in posters, drawings, photographs, images, and contacts – is one of the first things to welcome visitors entering the fair.
With great sadness, Bologna Children’s Book Fair had to announce that the in-person 2021 edition cannot take place due to continuing COVID-19 restrictions, so they are at work on the second “online edition”. It will take place from June 14 to 17, presenting exhibitions, meetings, awards, and a wide range of other virtual events.
Meanwhile, it is possible to preview an original and completely digital version of the Illustrators Wall, available online until August 31.
The new virtual Wall presents illustrators, graphic designers, and artists from 63 countries of the five continents.
The interactive guide allows you to navigate through the continents and individual countries, to zoom in on the illustrations, and to know the artists’ profiles and contacts.
