France – Teatro Gioco Vita at IDEKLIC - Festival International pour l'Enfance et la Jeunesse
Teatro Gioca Vita is guest of IDEKLIC - Festival International pour l'Enfance et la Jeunesse, event taking place since 1990 in Moirans-en-Montagne, in the heart of the Jura Mountains.
The company presents one of the most loved creations for early childhood among those by Teatro Gioco Vita, a work that boasts more than 800 performances and versions in French, English and Spanish: Circoluna, ‘the only shadow circus-theatre in the world’.
The performance stages a circus where all the artists are shadows and do magic, acrobatics and transformations. Children are led into a universe rich in images and full of colours. Many shadows perform for them in this extraordinary arena where the shadow acquires its own humanity and becomes a character capable of speaking to children and capturing their attention. A naïve show based on the pleasure of surprise, enchantment and wonder.
Circoluna is on stage at IDEKLIC on July 11 and 12 (three performaces, different times).
