Germany – Vivaldi's "Tamerlano" by Accademia Bizantina

On September 29, the ensamble in concert in the Laeiszhalle Hamburg

Accademia Bizantina is very proud to return in the prestigious Laeiszhalle in Hamburg, historical concert hall where many renowned German and international artists have performed.

On September 29th, the ensamble based in Ravenna presents the new work recorded for the Vivaldi Edition edited by Naïve (released on September 25): Il Tamerlano (Il Bajazet) RV703.

The program of the concert includes a selection of the best arias of Vivaldi's opera performed by Accademia Bizantina with an exceptional cast: alto Delphine Galou, sopranos Sophie Rennert and Arianna Vendittelli, mezzo-soprano Silke Gaeng, baritone Bruno Taddia, countertenor Filippo Mineccia.

Maestro Ottavio Dantone at harpsichord and direction.

To comply the safety regulation due to COVID-19, two concerts are scheduled: at 06:30 p.m. and at 09:00 p.m..
