Paolo Olmi has conducted such orchestras as Tokio Philharmonic, Santa Cecilia Rome, Orchestre National de France, London Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra in London. Paolo Olmi has a great experience in “making” orchestras and Opera seasons, being appointed Music Director of Roma Radio Orchestra in 1991, Opera Theater in Ravenna and Opera National de Nancy et de Lorraine in 2006, where he had stayed for 5 years. For 10 years he has also been visiting Professor at Guildhall School for Music and Drama of London, teaching symphonic and Operatic repertoire.
The Young Musicians European Orchestra was founded in 2006 mostly with young musicians coming from Guildhall School for Music and Drama of London, Royal College of Music, Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia of Rome, Conservatory of Music of Kiev. The age of those Musicians is from 17 to 28 years old. As far as today many members of the Orchestra are graduated from all the most important Conservatories from Europe and from other Countries like Canada, Kazakhstan, China, Russia and got important positions in famous orchestra as London Symphony Orchestra, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, Nederland Philharmonic Orchestra, Toronto Symphony. The size of the orchestra changes from 25 to 90 peoples, according to the repertoire.
